Delivery

Delivery times will vary from area to area. All Credit card payments within Australia will receive items within the next 5 working days via Regular post. Orders are generally processed the day they are ordered. For all other payment methods we will dispatch the item via Regular post within 24 hours of confirmation of your payment. Most areas will receive the item within 5 working days.

Worldwide Shipping

The cost is calculated when you place your order online and is based on the weight and size of the package. Delivery times will vary from country to county, however please allow enough time as we are based in Sydney Australia. Generally international shipping can take up to 15 days. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times. We might also need additional information in order to fulfill your order. This might be a copy of a driver's license or a photocopy of the back of the credit card. This process is in place to protect you the card holder. We hope you understand this measure.

Payment Methods We Accept

Popits Australia currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinners Club. Note: we do not surcharge on credit card payments.

If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to transact online, please email sales@popits.com.au.


Popits Australia accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so.

In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

You do have the option to ship via Registered Post and even Express post so all packages are traceable.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing quality of your product, Popits Australia is happy to refund your money, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging. We will not refund you back any cost in sending us back the returned goods. We will not provide a refund for incorrect product choices or changes in tastes of the product at time of ordering.

Please choose carefully. We do not refund or exchange any sale items.

Warranty

No refunds will be made for incorrect choice. All our products are the 100% Genuine name articles. We are 100% satisfied with our quality procedures that we will REFUND your money completely if you are not 100% satisfied with the authenticity of the product. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
